Hi, my name is Graham and I am currently working in Sydney, Australia as an online marketing consultant (freelance) with a background as an operations Team Leader for a global online travel company. I devote an obsessive amount of time to following current travel news and trends via Twitter, podcasts, conferences and most importantly, my own experiences.
What is Project Wander all about?
Project Wander is the place where I express my thoughts and feelings about an industry that’s crying out for change. Some systems and, more disappointingly, some attitudes have existed unaltered for nearly two decades. Thankfully, I believe we are seeing the start of an evolution that’s being ushered in by to the kind of innovative thinkers I hope to attract to this site.
Some things that I believe very strongly and will be reflected on my posts and conversations:
Change isn’t just a positive thing, it’s essential
We should never be held back by our own technology- EVER
“Because we’ve always done it this way” is never a valid excuse
Comfortable is equal to stagnant
If this sounds good, you just might be in the right place! I hope you enjoy Project Wander and be sure to join the other travel industry professionals on the fan page-
-Graham
Everything contained in this blog represents a combination of my own thoughts, opinions and observations. In no way do they repesent those of my company or my employer.
